Client Services and Digital Campaign Manager, Singapore

2021 is going to be a big year for KLWTT, so we are growing the team. We are looking for a Client Services Manager and a Digital Campaign Manager to come and join us.

The type of people we are looking for must love MarTech and be prepared to learn a great deal in a very short time.

Everything we do is about communicating with people and building enduring relationships, so the people we are searching for must enjoy dealing with people from across all Industry Sectors, and different cultures.

We see these roles as being suitable for people with between 3-5 Years of experience in either Digital or Lifecyle based Marketing.

  • Marketing Agency experience would be ideal
  • Have experience with handling Email Marketing, Digital Content, CSS and Web Forms
  • Have a business understanding of Social and Search Tools
  • An understanding of Marketing Automation and/or CRM Solutions
  • Understand the principles and philosophies of Customer Lifecycle Management
  • Project Management experience would be desirable

Client Technology Manager, Philippines

We are looking for a Client Technology Manager who likes to be challenged and enjoys learning new skills, particularly concerning the use of Marketing Automation Platforms. The work will involve teaming up with a global Marketing Automation Agency headquartered in Singapore.

Primary Technical Responsibilities:

Major Goals and Objectives:

 

  • Configure and Manage Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Responsys, Watson Marketing (SilverPop), Exact Target, RedEye and SAGE etc.)
  • Be responsible for Solution Integration (e.g. SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, Mulesoft, API’s)
  • Understand Web Analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics etc.)
  • Have solid skills in Database Technology (SQL, CSV manipulation)
  • Have a general Web Development Background (.Net, HTML5, C#, Java Script)
  • Understand Email/SMS Technology and Deliverability
  • Have experience in Computing Network Configuration (DNS, Webmaster etc.)

 

Desired Background:

 

  • Tertiary Level Education
  • 5 Years Experience in Web Development
  • 2 Years Technical Supervisory and/or Management Experience
  • 3-5 Years Digital Platform Experience

Client Technology Manager, Thailand

The Client Technical Manager (CTM) will be situated in Thailand but report to Director of Client of Services in Singapore. It is a KLWTT Technology Leadership Role so the successful candidate will be involved in all Marketing Automation Deployments/Projects.

It is expected that the CTM will on occasions be required to deliver both Internal External Platform and Technology Training for clients as well as assist in Business Pitches when required.

Providing both Pre and Post Sales Support and Team mentoring are also important requirements for this role.

We are looking for a genuine “all-rounder” in that we want deep Technical Skills, good Presentation and Communication Skills, all together with an easy going personality and sense of humour.

  • 5+ Work Experience in a Technology Field
  • Ability to communicate in Thai and English languages, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in implementing and/or managing CRM or Email Applications
  • Proven experience in Implementing and Managing SQL Databases
